Coach-In-Training Small Group (Parents/Teachers)
Hoppity Learning also supports children by training parents and educators as coaches.

Parents or educators can join our small groups to:

Learn how to model for their children
-
Become their children's life coaches, and
-
Build a community to support one another till their children's brains become more fully mature (~ age 25).

Level 1
Coach-In-Training:
Modeling for Children
In this small group, parents will learn skills such as Mindful Exercise, H.A.L.T. Quiz, and Strength Inventory to manage their emotions and see their own strengths, especially when children fall short of their expectations.
Level 2
Coach-In-Training: Fundamental Coaching Skills
In this small group, parents will learn fundamental coaching skills as well as Self-Determination Theory and Self-Efficacy Theory to motivate their children.

Coach-In-Training: Advanced Coaching Skills
In this small group, parents will learn the advanced coaching skills as well as the 5 Stages of Change from motivating their children to learn a new healthy behavior to maintaining the behavior for the rest of their lives.
